Overview

Position: Montessori Primary Teacher
Location: Starlight Montessori Preschool, Inc in Benicia, CA

• Help prepare the classroom before children’s arrival and prepare the classroom for the following day after children leave.
• Assist with preparing materials and consult on curriculum with other teachers and Head of School.
• Participate in Parent/Teacher conferences, field trips, Staff Development Days, Parent Orientation and all other whole school activities.

• At least 12 ECE units and experience working with 3–6 year olds.
• Excellent English language skills and strong communication with staff and parents.
• Genuinely loves children, maintains a calm demeanor, and supports the Montessori philosophy.
