A highly respected Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager based in Benfleet, SS7. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our successful sales teams. This pivotal role is for a proactive, results‑driven professional with a proven track record in residential sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the property market.

You’ll be responsible for driving new business, maximizing revenue, and ensuring the continued growth and success of our Sales division.

• Maximising revenues and growing the property register
• Utilising the company’s technology to generate and develop new business
• Carry out all market appraisals and win new instructions within the local marketplace
• Act as an industry expert to clients, applicants and colleagues, including cross‑selling of other services
• Develop and execute clear management strategies
• Manage a team of negotiators and ensure targets are exceeded
• Oversee the company’s sales pipeline and ensure properties move forward to change of contract

• Minimum of 3 years Estate Agency experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience at Management level and a demonstrable track record of success in residential sales
• A proven track record in Estate Agency
• Desire to play a core role in significantly scaling a business
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas concisely
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced and demanding environment
• ARLA or NAEA qualification would be an advantage
• A full UK driving license

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am – 5pm with a day off in the week.

£27,000pa to £29,000pa basic + 10% commission and car allowance. OTE around £70,000pa.
