• Lead a passionate, dedicated kitchen team and inspire them to cook with love and care
• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals, including soft or texture-modified diets
• Balance creativity and practicality: manage stock, ordering, and budgeting
• Collaborate with care staff to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences
• Organise special events and themed meals that bring joy and engagement

• Proven Head Chef experience (care, hospitality, or healthcare welcome)
• Passion for delivering high-quality, delicious, and nutritious food
