We're searching for a motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within the R2R market-supporting and placing recruitment professionals into leading agencies across the UK, Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and beyond.

Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 basic (depending on experience) / OTE: £50,000 - £70,000+ in your first year, with generous uncapped commission (no threshold).

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying and engaging top recruitment talent globally
• Developing strong, long-term relationships with agencies across international markets
• Consulting with clients to understand business goals, culture, and hiring needs
• Matching skilled candidates with roles where they'll excel and grow
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews, offers & negotiations
