What You'll Do: As a Piece Rate Roofer, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with team members to prepare for roofing projects, ensuring all materials and tools are ready.
• Performing roof installations according to established specifications and quality standards.
• Transporting materials across the site efficiently and safely.
• Learning and implementing dry-in procedures under experienced supervision.
• Cleaning roof decking and preparing surfaces for new installations.
• Safely and effectively tearing off various types of roofing using hand tools.
• Utilizing essential tools like shovels and pry bars to remove old roofing materials.
• Working comfortably at heights and on ladders as part of your daily tasks.
• Maintaining physical stamina through consistent bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching.
• Disposing of debris in designated containers as directed.

What You'll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Comfort and experience working at heights and using ladders.
• Physical capability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
• A valid driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.
