Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? Join a thriving construction building supplier as a dedicated Load Builder and Yard Forklift Operator in Bend and make an impact every day. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth loading, receiving, and storage of materials. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to maintain productivity and safety standards, helping deliver excellent service to our customers.

What You'll Do:
As an Experienced Load Builder and Yard Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for prepping and loading orders for will call and deliveries, receiving incoming shipments, and maintaining organized storage of construction materials such as drywall, insulation, and tools. You will operate forklifts efficiently to stock materials, manage the yard, and ensure a safe and clean work environment. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining equipment, adhering strictly to safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service.

You will also help keep the yard tidy and organized to support seamless operations.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of forklift experience with certified forklift operation. You must be able to lift 75+ pounds consistently, follow instructions precisely, and work well within a team. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential. A background in material handling and familiarity with warehouse safety procedures will set you apart.
