Maintenance Technician

Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repair industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Start-up and shutdown of equipment: boiler, air compressor, power, pumps, valves.
• Maintain lint traps, shaker screen barrels, oil levels, grease fittings, water levels.
• Complete general repairs on machinery.
• Follow manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule and document processes.
• Identify and report major repairs needed.

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum two years of maintenance engineering experience.
• Knowledge of machinery, electricity, electronics, plumbing, welding, boiler applications.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, reading manuals & schematics.
• Willingness to learn steam boiler, electrical, pneumatic, schematics, welding, plumbing.

Must be able to stand, move through plant, stoop, pull, push, work in cramped areas, lift up to 50 lbs.

$17.00–$25.00 an hour. Full-time benefits: health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement savings program, paid time off (sick, holiday, vacation).
