Job Description for Piece Rate Roof Installers Roofer:

We are looking for experienced motivated individuals who thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere to assist with roofing projects. This position involves both roof installation and demolition duties. Candidates should be prepared to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physical tasks throughout the day. A valid driver's license is advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities for Piece Rate Roof Installers Roofer:

• Collaborate with team members to prepare for roofing projects.
• Perform roof installations according to specifications.
• Transport materials from one location to another onsite.
• Learn and implement dry-in procedures under supervision.
• Clean roof decking and prepare surfaces for new installations.
• Safely and efficiently tear off various types of roofing using hand tools.
• Utilize tools such as shovels, pry bars, and other equipment to remove old materials.
• Work comfortably at heights and on ladders as required.
• Maintain physical stamina, including bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching consistently.
• Dispose of debris in designated containers as directed.

Skills and Qualifications Piece Rate Roof Installers Roofer:

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders throughout the day.
• Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs repeatedly during work hours.

Job Details Piece Rate Roof Installers Roofer:

• Regular Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (extended hours during peak season).
