Shipping​/Receiving Clerk

Apply for the Shipping/Receiving Clerk role at Lithia & Driveway in Bend, OR.

Location: L0218 Chevrolet of Bend, Lithia & Driveway Partners Group.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.

• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on customers’ perspective.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory: stocking shelves, organizing bins, recording locations, conducting perpetual bin audits and managing special order bins.
• Ship, deliver, and receive parts orders.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist all customers promptly and professionally, including retail, service, and counter personnel.
• Maintain a delivery board, departure times, destinations, and a detailed delivery log for returns and funds.
• Assist in annual Physical Parts Inventory.
• Deliver parts to technicians or recipients and pull orders for counter personnel when needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized, with all materials stored below the counter area.
• Notify parts manager immediately of damaged parts or shortages.
• Answer telephone calls and greet customers in a friendly manner per Incoming Telephone Call standards.
• Complete all required Lithia and manufacturer training for certification.
• Sweep floors and empty trash containers daily; maintain a clean parts department.
• Maintain a clean delivery vehicle and drive safely, staying within road laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
• Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of computers.
