Join our team at Regency Village at Bend as a Dietary Aid/Cook and play an integral role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our residents. If you are passionate about food, teamwork and making a difference in the lives of our seniors through great food and amazing service, this is the job for you!

As a cook, you will prepare and serve meals, oversee food service operation, and ensure adequate food and supplies are available.

• Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe.
• Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions on proper form.
• Clean and maintain a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas.
• Comply with state sanitation codes.
• Maintain inventory control, place food orders, verify that items are received appropriately, and restock accordingly.
• Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed.

• Can obtain Food Handler's card. Meet all mandatory health requirements by State regulations.
• Typical candidates have one year of cooking experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
