We are hiring a Cook at Market of Choice in Bend. Our kitchens feature professional, state‑of‑the‑art, modern facilities that provide a great opportunity to advance your culinary career. The position starts at $19/hour – $21.50/hour.

DUTIES
- Assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen activities.
- Consult with the Chef/Kitchen Manager on a daily basis to ensure timing of orders and production schedules are coordinated.
- Produce sandwiches, salads, entrees, catering trays and soup for both hot and cold cases.
- Perform counter work during busy periods, as needed.
- Deliver assigned orders promptly and support other orders as required.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh, frozen and sundry products.
- Train new kitchen workers and assistants.
- Prepare deep‑fried, baked, stovetop foods and salads.
- Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees.
- Adhere to health and safety sanitation requirements.
- Hold a current Food Handler Card.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional cooking experience, be 18 years or older, and be available to work any shift, including weekends.
