As a Pest Technician, you won’t be tied to a desk; you’ll be out and about — mobile and independent. You will take the lead in providing routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location. You’ll become an expert in applying our company products to eliminate pests safely. Our Techs serve as problem solvers for customers by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the best solution for each customer's unique needs.
Pest Technicians are trained to identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that provide value to the customer, help with sales to current customers and expand our services to new customers. Pest Technicians display strong communication skills when providing product / service information when working with our customers onsite.
Work conditions

Pests don’t always live in nice places — and that’s where we do our work. You’ll need to be able to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather gear.
Wage Range
: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. The starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. This position is with Barnes Quality Pest Control in Bend, OR, which Senske Services recently acquired.
- Provide routine pest control service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments, ensuring timely arrival at locations.
- Apply company products to eliminate pests safely and effectively.
- Act as a problem solver for customers by using the training program to decide on the best solution for each customer’s needs.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services that provide value to customers, assist with sales to current customers, and expand services to new customers.
- Communicate product and service information clearly to customers onsite.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have a history of safe driving
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
