Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Responsibilities- Lead neonatal resuscitations and care for both term and preterm infants in a Level III NICU.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
- Utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.
- Engage in ongoing learning, simulations, quality improvement, and mentoring.
- Enjoy flexible 24/7 coverage with day and night shifts, structured handoffs, and no formal call.
- Require at least 2 years of NICU experience, procedural skills, and appropriate certification.
