As a member of the Assembly Department, the Metal Shop Technician will be assigned to welding, fabricating tools/fixtures/parts using various measuring tools, and performing basic machining operations to support Production and company projects. Will also perform other duties as assigned or required.

• Experience with TIG welding is helpful
• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment is helpful
• Comfortable welding different types of materials
• Be able to meet in‑house welding qualifications once hired – training is provided
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
• Able to properly use drill press, lathe, mill, etc.
• Clean machines, floors, racks, and materials, etc.
• Ability to read instructions and be able to assemble parts
• Basic computer skills
• Eye for detail and take pride in high‑quality work
• Possess good problem‑solving skills
• Must work well independently and in a team with a great attitude
• Open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities
• Responsible and dependable with reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future

• Competitive Wage DOE $25.00–$28.00+/hr.
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
