Aviation Materials Flow & ERP Coordinator
Pride Staff is partnering with a growing aviation manufacturer in Bend, OR to add a coordinator who keeps materials, data, and shipments moving in perfect sync. If you enjoy turning complexity into order and keeping production humming, this role is for you.
A day in the life
You start by reviewing open work orders and on-hand stock in the ECI M1 ERP. With priorities set, you pull precise kits for the assembly team, confirm documentation accuracy, and stage components so technicians can get right to work. As builds complete, you organize finished batches for final inspection, reconcile inventory movements in ECI M1, and help prepare packaging and shipping so aviation customers receive on‑time, damage‑free deliveries.
Throughout the day, you keep data current, find and fix discrepancies, and partner with production and shipping to keep the flow seamless.
- Use the ECI M1 ERP to track inventory and manage production data across the build cycle.
- Pull parts accurately for assembly; stage and organize completed product lots for final inspection and shipment.
- Assist with final packaging and shipping preparations to meet tight delivery timelines for aviation customers.
- Hands‑on experience with an ERP (ECI M1 experience is a strong plus).
- Background in inventory control within assembly or manufacturing.
- Meticulous attention to detail for documentation and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics (UPS/Fed Ex/Freight) is a notable bonus.
Physical capability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting parts/batches as needed on the production floor.
