• Assist Paint Technicians in preparing aircraft surfaces for painting.
• Surface‑prep and prime bodywork parts.
• Block primed parts.
• Wet lay‑up.
• Mask parts that are ready to paint.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Clean and maintain the body shop and staging area.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

• Bodywork and/or automotive painting or prep experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and high standards for following instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Self‑motivated, self‑disciplined, organized, and driven.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Competitive wages starting at $21.63/hr.
