F&B Outlets Manager, with a focus on fine dining.

Primary Position Responsibilities:Sets expectations, and hold Food & Beverage teams accountableReviews financial reports and statements to determine how Food & Beverage is performing against budget and forecast;Makes recommendations for CAPEX funding of food and beverage equipment and renovations in accordance with brand business strategyEstablishes challenging, realistic, and obtainable goals to guide operations and performanceMonitors the departments actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceededEnsures cash control and liquor control policies are in placeRegularly reviews and evaluates the degree of customer satisfaction in F&BFacilitates the adequate scheduling and supervision of all Food & Beverage team membersIdentifies opportunities to increase profits and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging innovation, and driving necessary changeDevelops and implements training programsEnsures that regular, on-going communication occursCoaches and supports Food & Beverage team to effectively manage wages and staffing, food & beverage cost, and controllable expensesEnsures compliance with all applicable local, county, state and federal laws and health standards, and health and safety materials are updated and appropriately communicatedManages multiple deadlines, priorities and interruptions, adapting quickly and effectively to changing business needsEffectively partners with all functional leaders, and their teams, ensuring strong communication and relationships across the resortRemains abreast of industry trends and changes that may affect or enhance the offerings and/or profitability of Food & BeverageProvides regular guidance and direction to F&B team members, leading employees to meet expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishmentProvides constructive feedback to direct reports on a consistent basis via one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, employee recognition, and as necessary, corrective actionManages the career progression, learning and development of finance/direct report team members; manages retention effortsUnderstands your role in, and contributes to the achievement of specified team, department and resort-wide goalsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience:Applicable bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experienceMulti-year progressively responsible experience in successfully managing food and beverage operations, including foods, beverages, supervision/management, service techniques, and guest interactions;
Hospitality/ Resort food and beverage experience strongly preferredPrior culinary experience is preferred but not requiredConsiderable skill in math and algebraic equations using percentagesStrong computer skills and literacy; ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer systemCurrent OLCC permit and Food Handlers permitStrong leadership and relationship-building skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsUnparalled flexibility; stellar organizational skills, detail orientation and follow-throughExemplary communication and listening skills; excellent interpersonal abilitiesProven ability to handle sensitive situations and documentation; high ethical standardsStrategic, analytical and solid business acumenStellar organizational skills, detail orientation, execution and follow-throughProven ability to work well under time constraints, manage stressful situations during busy periods, and resolve problems effectivelyProfessional appearance and pleasant demeanorSelf-starter with demonstrated ability to work well independently, and in a task-oriented, team environmentAbility to flex schedule as needed to support business needs (the F&B Director is expected to be at the resort during peak business times, special events, etc.)Benefits & Extra Perks!Medical, Dental and Vison insurance eligibility
