Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the MSAT team to support production readiness and project delivery.
  • Ensure safe work practices and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage team schedules and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Support regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Drive operational excellence through cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain team cohesion.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong background in technology transfer and manufacturing.
  • Experience managing confidential client relationships.
  • Familiarity with regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
  • Commitment to ethical and inclusive workplace practices.
