- Associate Therapists: $70,000 – $78,000 DOE
- Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD): $80,000 – $85,000 DOE
Pride Staff in Bend, OR, is seeking compassionate, mission-driven Mental Health Therapists to support adolescents and families in our residential treatment program. In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy using relational, experiential, and systemic approaches. Responsibilities- Manage a clinical caseload, including assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based and experiential modalities.
- Present case updates during weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Participate in clinical meetings and engage in regular supervision.
- Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation accurately and on time.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support client‑centered care.
- Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and de‑escalation as needed.
- Maintain ethical standards, therapeutic boundaries, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science field required.
- Licensure (Required):
- LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD or Oregon associate‑level equivalents:
Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Professional Counselor Associate, or Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA). - Preferred:
Experience in residential treatment using relational, experiential, or systemic models. - Passion for working with adolescents and families.
- Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.
- Ability to use electronic health records and digital documentation systems.
- Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test.
- Willingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.
