This contract, on-site position provides an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional care in the Ob/Gyn specialty within the medical practice industry.

As a Locum CNM, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive midwifery care to expectant mothers and their families. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering quality healthcare services in our community.

• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to patients
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with obstetricians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on childbirth and parenting
• Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Stay current with best practices in midwifery care

• Associate degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Midwife
• Current and valid CNM license in the state of practice
• Experience in Ob/Gyn care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needs

Schedule:

24-hour in-house shifts

Will serve as first call

Setting:
Hospital

Delivery Volume: 2-3 per day, 2,400 annually

Must be board-certified
