QA Documentation Specialist I

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2

Schedule: Mon–Fri

• Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of Quality Systems.
• Manage controlled records, including receipt, reconciliation, scanning, verification, check‑out/check‑in, and maintaining backup files.
• Issue and track controlled documents.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Issue and track controlled numbering.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Responsible for accuracy of assigned work.
• Provides guidance on GMP practices and procedures.
