Family Therapist

Vista Counseling is seeking a passionate and experienced Family Therapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who can bring a positive and optimistic outlook to their work, with a strong emphasis on promoting positive change, resilience, and hope for the families we serve.

Vista Counseling is a locally owned counseling private practice established in 2002 with a proven track record of helping clients and supporting therapists. We offer a collaborative and professional environment for highly skilled therapists and handle the business side of a clinical practice so clinicians can focus on therapy. We are expanding to Bend, Redmond and Central Oregon, with leadership based in Bend.

We are building a high-quality team of therapists and providing opportunities for face-to-face connection with colleagues. While this is a telehealth-only position currently, we envision a future brick-and-mortar office to serve as our cultural center of gravity and enable in-person sessions.

• Pre-Licensed: $53,164.80 – $88,608.00
• Licensed Masters: $56,160.00 – $
• Licensed Doctoral Level: $68,796.00 – $

Pay range varies depending on sessions per week (18–30 sessions, based on therapist preference) and years of licensed experience.
