About Catalyst Counseling & Consulting
Catalyst is a small mental health counseling office providing mental health counseling, clinical supervision, math and language arts tutoring, and life coaching to individuals, couples, families, and groups. We work with a wide variety of clients, primarily adolescent ages and older.
We work hard to serve our clients, while also striving to balance our own healthy lifestyles. We pride ourselves on creating a respectful office culture where we can all be direct, honest, and supportive of one another, and also like to share some laughs and find time for fun. We have partners, children, and grandchildren of our own, so we understand the flexibility that is needed at times in order to maintain a healthy work-life balance and continue to be the partners and parents we need to be while also providing high‑quality care to our clients.
We maintain high ethical standards and use evidence‑based treatment modalities, combined with alternative healing approaches, in our therapeutic work.
