Chief Financial Officer

Under the general direction of the President, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is accountable for the financial strategy, financial health, and long-term economic sustainability of Monte Vista Homes and its affiliated entities. The CFO is the company’s financial leader and strategic partner, responsible for translating vision into financial reality.

The CFO owns all financial planning, land development pro formas, cash forecasting (including ESOP projections), capital strategy, and financial decision support, while providing leadership and accountability over the entire accounting function through the Director of Accounting. The CFO ensures Monte Vista consistently defends the bottom line, protects the brand, and allocates capital wisely, while enabling the company to achieve its 10-Year Target and 3-Year Picture.

Compensation: $180,000 plus Bonus
