* Schedule:

** Monday - Friday
** Pay:** $17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
** Responsibilities:
** The Courtesy Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting customers throughout service appointment process by communicating with customers and Service Department personnel in the execution of his/her duties.
* Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
* Welcome the client, determine the nature of their visit & escort them to the appropriate area/person.
* Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations.
* Back up the Service Porters. Clean and wash cars as instructed.
* Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
* Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.

* Qualifications:

*** Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Active Listening – give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate
* Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
