Position: OTS Project Manager I

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Review SCADA contract requirements and ensure project execution aligns with contractual terms, with guidance as needed. Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, by providing task direction, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
** Objectives or Goals to Measure Performance:
*** Deliver assigned projects within contracted scope, on time, and within budget.
* Achieve positive customer/client and project stakeholder satisfaction, including Owners, field teams, and internal SOLV partners.
* Build a strong working reputation with SOLV project teams and cross-functional partners.
* Collaborate effectively with project teams to manage contracted scope, schedule, and budget.
* Successfully apply and adopt SOLV’s standardized project management processes and tools.
* Build and maintain productive working relationships with business partners, peers, and internal stakeholders.
** Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
*** 1–2 years of project management experience managing multiple projects within multidisciplinary teams and delivering against deadlines.
* Demonstrated effectiveness working with remote teams and external clients.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to appropriately escalate issues and support conflict resolution.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
* Experience with task management and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
* Exposure to ERP systems used for project cost tracking and reporting (e.g., CMiC) preferred.
* Experience with SCADA systems or utility-scale solar projects preferred but not required.
* Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and organizational skills.
* High energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset.

Demonstrate working knowledge of SOLV products, systems, and solution offerings.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
* PMP or other project management certification preferred but not required.
* Experience working in a diverse, multi-disciplined organization or project environment.
* General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
* Exposure to utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or energy infrastructure projects.
* Familiarity with EPC project delivery models.
* Experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders, including owners, vendors, and field teams.
