• Support and advise agency business owners on profit and growth plans
• Monitor execution of company initiatives for individual agency owners
• Assist agency business owners in targeting and prioritizing sales activities

• Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing (Property and Casualty, Life)
• Valid driver's license required with an acceptable driving record
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions and support
• Prior management experience or experience leading project teams
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting

• Previous agency experience or experience influencing agency owners in the field
• Candidate should reside in the district (Bend, Eugene, Portland)
