Senior Accountant

We are seeking an accountant that will be responsible for day‑to‑day accounting responsibilities—including A/P, A/R, inventory, accruals, and month‑end close—to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The role supports internal controls, audit compliance, and provides ad‑hoc reporting and financial analysis.

• Conduct daily accounting activities, including all A/P and A/R processing, account reviews, and resolution of discrepancies to ensure all transactions are accurate and properly documented.
• Maintain and update monthly accrual and prepaid schedules, posting related journal entries and ensuring expenses are correctly recognized within their reporting period.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory accounts and validate costing with Operations and Logistics, ensuring accurate inventory valuation.
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support month‑end and year‑end closing activities to ensure complete and accurate financial statements.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for internal/external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with accounting policies.
• Prepare monthly financial review presentation, sales forecasting and support annual budgeting process.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to validate data, resolve accounting issues, and maintain alignment across financial processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 3+ years of experience in general accounting, business analytics, or consulting.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Operational knowledge of accounting software systems (SAP is major plus)
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• General understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently on multiple assigned projects with limited direction.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Great problem-solving skills and able to work in a team environment.
