• Complete 4 or more creative surface repairs on‑site each day.
• Perform work on‑location while displaying excellent customer service and communication.
• Problem‑solve in a variety of settings such as apartments, hotels, moving sites, and construction sites.
• Treat tenants and staff with exceptional customer service.
• Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes into our CRM/dispatch tool.
• Collaborate with the designated Support Team to resolve any issues.
• Learn and integrate our one‑of‑a‑kind 5‑step repair process.
• Master each instrument and tool in your personalized tool‑kit.
• Apply artistic talents to develop unique solutions for each repair.

• Hands‑on experience with manual work (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.).
• Experience in auto‑body repair, fiberglass repair, 2‑part epoxies & composites is very helpful.
• Background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors – familiarity with color matching is integral to our process.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Open to an extensive background check.
• Possession of a referral from a current employee is a plus.
