Retail Team Member Sales - Benbrook

Salary: $14.82 per hour

Work Hours: FT (40 hrs per week). Days and hours vary; 2 days off per week.

Manage POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately; answer telephones; provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous, attentive) by greeting customers within seconds of arrival and assisting them on the sales floor to select and locate merchandise. Assist with maintenance of hangers, sizing of textiles on the sales floor, return empty racks and carts to the production area, and restock depleted merchandise.

Responsible for the overall appearance of the sales floor and perform all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the store. Other duties as requested. Openness to schedule preferred (store open 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM).

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team is required. One year of customer service experience dealing with the public is preferred. Must be proficient in basic math, able to read and write; operate computerized equipment (POS, credit card draft terminal, pricing system); meet quotas;

make pricing decisions based on quality of product. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Physical stamina needed to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Walking, standing for prolonged periods, stooping, reaching (6 ft. with use of ladder, if needed), and pulling, pushing, lifting 50 lb.; heavier lifting may be required with assistance. Mobility to work in any area of the facility.

Documentation to satisfy I‑9 requirements, background check, drug screen and physical examination.
