Ideal Partners Staffing is assisting a very stable growing CPA firm in west Fort Worth area in hiring an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Coordinate with CPA staff on tax and reporting needs
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience (CPA firm experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Quick Books (Online and/or Desktop)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience-THIS ROLE IS IN OFFICE DAILY.
