Circle of Life Home Care is a leading home care agency serving six states, dedicated to honoring those we serve and helping clients stay independent in their homes.
Position
Duties Include:
- Be the first point of contact for employees, patients, and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond to general questions.
- Schedule patients for appointments and perform appointment reminder calls.
- Verify insurance.
- Provide support to administrative and clinical staff on a regular basis.
- Enter data into the electronic medical record (EMR) and other software applications.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants should be comfortable training small groups, think quickly, solve problems, and make phone calls to agencies, referral sources, and clinics.
