• Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
• Assess air, water, waste, chemical management, and related regulatory programs using environmental subject‑matter expertise
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports, ensuring timely communication with business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with the audit program manager and environmental SMEs to enhance audit protocols based on regulatory changes
• Evaluate documentation, conduct interviews, and perform on‑site verification to assess compliance and risk

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related environmental field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical environments
• Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs (e.g., CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA)
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet audit deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point

• 7+ years of environmental experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third‑party)
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in report development
• Experience analyzing large data sets, including the use of pivot tables or similar tools
