Our Information Services (IS) department of 140+ members provides IT support to all Metropolitan Council divisions.
The Endpoint Engineering Manager (IS Service Manager) provides strategic leadership for the Council’s endpoint engineering function, focusing on resource planning, team development, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role oversees budgeting, capacity planning, and vendor relationships while ensuring endpoint engineering services meet performance, security, and compliance standards. The manager will help lead and create a high‑performing team, drive modern device management best practices, and partner across IS and business units to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly endpoint experiences.
Additionally, the role owns the roadmap for endpoint modernization, and provides data‑driven reporting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking.
