Member Service Representative

Beltrami Electric Cooperative is seeking a fulltime Member Services Representative to provide exceptional support for our members. Duties include handling inquiries by phone, in person, and online; assisting with account information; processing service requests; and coordinating service calls.

Starting Pay: $22.50–$32.13/hour (based on experience)

• Providing superior service to cooperative members by responding to member inquiries on the telephone, in person and electronically.
• Process service requests.
• Provide back-up and support to Receptionist/Cashier.
• Coordinate appointments with electricians and staking technicians and completes preliminary paperwork.
• Conduct direct telephone communication with members regarding past-due accounts and assists with payment plans.
• Correspond with multiple assistance agencies to help members secure funding for assistance with electric bills.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to six months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
