Position: Infusion RN (Level I)

Work schedule

100% FTE, Day/Eve, 8:00 - 4:30 or 9:00 - 5:30 with weekend rotation. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Belvidere Hospital.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Program.

    Required:

    BSN. Preferred
Work Experience
  • At least one year of Inpatient, Outpatient Hospital, or Oncology patient care experience. Required
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
  • Completion of Fundamentals of Infusion Therapy education course available through Infusion Nurse’s Society or equivalent;
    The manager will review and approve equivalent education course certificate. Required
  • Infusion Nurse (CRNI) certification preferred within three years of hire. Required
  • BI-annual CPR certification. Required
