• Leading, coaching, and supporting a talented team of service writers, technicians, and support staff

• Creating an outstanding customer experience — every customer, every visit

• Building strong processes while keeping things practical and people-friendly

• Driving service performance, CSI, efficiency, and profitability

• Helping grow and improve our mobile service operation

• Working closely with dealership leadership to support continued growth

• Setting the tone for a positive, accountable, team-first culture

• Significant experience as a Service Writer (this is a must)

• A proven track record of building and leading service teams

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service

• Ford dealership experience preferred, but strong leadership matters most

• Comfortable with change, growth, and new ideas

• Mobile service experience is a big plus
