Clinic Phlebotomist

Job Description

Work Schedule: 80% FTE, Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, one Saturday a month, Day Shift. You will work at UW Health Belvidere Clinic, 1700 Henry Luckow Ln.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

• 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare. Preferred

• CPR Required
