Your Role

As a Len the Plumber Heating and Air HVAC Service Technician, you’ll take pride in:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Helping customers make informed and confident buying decisions.
• Installing and repairing air quality systems with expertise and care.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members.
• Maintain a fully stocked service vehicle.
• Perform system removals, new installations, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all work meets local HVAC codes.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  
  1-3 years in HVAC (residential experience preferred).
• Qualifications:
  
  A high school diploma is required; trade school or certifications are a plus.
• License:
  Valid driver’s license (required).
• A mechanically gifted problem solver with a passion for helping others.
• A team player with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
