Plumbers

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water and drain systems
• Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions and failures
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project
• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, and able to communicate and troubleshoot over the phone with the Operations manager
• Utilizes experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service needs
• Advises owner of residence and Manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken
• Works in a team environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Able to manage and take lead of the installation and crew while on the job
• Must be able to carry out direction with little to no supervision and strong attention to detail
• Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation:

Plumbing Mechanic: $25.00 - $50.00 Hourly
