Fidelity Mechanical Services is looking to grow our team in the Baltimore, MD area! • Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and codes.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site and provide immediate solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain accurate daily work logs, material usage, and project status updates.
• Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and less-experienced team members.
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed quality standards, performing inspections as necessary.
• Monitor and control project costs, helping to ensure budgets are adhered to.

• 5+ years of plumbing experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber on large-scale construction projects.
• Master or Journeyman plumbing license preferred.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with job site safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Base Pay: $38-45/hr
