Position Summary
The Account Manager, Event Rentals Division is responsible for managing event furniture rental clients from initial inquiry through delivery, removal, and post-event follow-up. This is a client-facing role focused on processing event rental orders, converting inquiries into booked rentals, guiding furniture selections, and coordinating logistics with internal teams to ensure rentals are delivered and removed smoothly.
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and industry partners, ensuring clear communication, accurate quoting, and well-organized logistics. Working closely with operations, delivery, and warehouse teams, this role helps ensure rental orders are prepared correctly, timelines are confirmed, and expectations are clearly set.
Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset, with an interest in the events industry.
In This Role, You Will- Support event rental clients from first inquiry through event day and post-event wrap-up, helping create a smooth and thoughtful experience
- Convert inquiries into booked events by building clear, accurate quotes and guiding clients through the rental process
- Assist clients in selecting furniture that fits their vision, venue, and budget, with support from the broader team
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication, organization, and follow-through
- Work closely with our operations, delivery, and warehouse teams to coordinate installs and removals
- Help manage changes, questions, and timing adjustments as they arise, keeping clients and internal teams informed
- Keep CRM records organized and up to date to support the team’s workflow and sales tracking
- Be on site during larger or more complex event deliveries and removals as needed to address client questions and support smooth execution
- Experience in account management, sales, or coordination within events, rentals, hospitality, or a related service-driven environment
- A clear, confident communicator who follows through and keeps clients and internal teams well informed
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple rental orders, timelines, and details at once
- Comfort working with CRM systems and quoting tools to keep information accurate and up to date
- A thoughtful eye for design and presentation; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
- Standard business hours, with availability for occasional evenings or weekends if issues arise during event deliveries or removals
- Primarily office-based, with limited on-site support for select large-scale events
- Reliable personal transportation is required for occasional site visits
- This role may evolve over time as the Event Rentals Division grows, and responsibilities may adjust to meet business needs
