GREAT PAY
We provide a base salary plus commission, allowing earnings between $50,000 and $200,000!

Your New Role as Our Territory ManagerAs a Territory Manager at Applied Equipment Solutions, you'll enjoy a balanced work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will:
- Maintain direct personal contact with all assigned accounts while actively fostering new relationships to enhance market access in residential and light commercial sectors.
- Grow business opportunities using strong negotiation skills while adhering to margin targets.
- Position products and services as strategic advantages that meet customer needs effectively.
- Resolve customer relations problems promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings through ongoing training.
- Deliver value-added solutions that reinforce our reputation as a trusted partner in our clients' success.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC Sales
- 3+ years of experience in account management and sales
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Although not required, having a college degree, customer-facing experience, and fluency or experience in HVAC is a plus!
