Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and manage your own local modernization operations as our Modernization Supervisor for KONE Beltsville, MD
? This will cover a territory of Washington DC and Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team on a complex job site, ensuring the site is ready every day.
  • Prioritize and monitor safety guidelines for yourself and your team.
  • Provide learning opportunities for your team.
  • Manage a schedule and track your team’s overall performance.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
  • Be open to learning and leveraging new technologies.
  • Review bid documents and survey job requirements on upcoming bids with salespeople for modernization job sites.
  • Familiar with handling financials to ensure profitability on modernization jobs while effectively managing resources.
  • Bring 2+ years of construction/service expertise and supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of construction/service expertise with supervisory experience; ideally leading a union represented workforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant working experience.

The hiring range for this role is $ – . The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals, or KONE Sales Incentive based on achievements of sales targets.
