Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle
    Project Management
    activities

  • Develop accurate project budgets using historical cost data

  • Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and field operations

  • Maintain knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs

  • Oversee labor resources, both internal and subcontracted

  • Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and documentation

  • Mentor and develop project team members

  • Represent
    Our Client
    professionally on all job sites

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at the project level

Position Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)

  • 3+ years Project Management experience

  • Strong estimating background, including2+ years as Assistant Estimator

  • MBA is a plus

Success Factors

  • Experience with a commercial masonry subcontractor or general contractor

  • Background in marketing, sales, or client relationship development

  • Ability to perform in high-pressure environments

  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding goals

  • Highly self-motivated with strong personal and professional standards

  • Position requires work from the office and active job sites
