Supports the doctor during treatment and helps create a comfortable experience for pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist chairside during procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
- Take x-rays (if licensed).
- Provide patient instructions and education.
- Help children feel calm and comfortable during visits.
- Maintain clinical cleanliness and organization.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Reliability and professionalism.
- Comfort working with children and parents.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Dental experience preferred (training available for some roles).
