As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Experience is not required; we will train you in all necessary skills.

Shift Information: Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• U.S. legal authorization to work without current or future sponsorship.

• Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
• Dedication to safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

• Perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Train with mid and senior level technicians to learn additional services.
• Provide excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
