Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour

Target is hiring for the Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1538).

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and assist with current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store, and specific to your area, to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and communicate appreciation for their visit.
• Know and explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate features of the Target App and Wallet; direct guests to use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features.
• Handle returns per policy and escalate to leadership as needed, following Target’s procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders, and drive-up returns, while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
