• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to assist with their needs
• Thank guests and acknowledge their visit to Target
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signage for GM areas
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
• Execute processes including pricing updates, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed
• Learn how procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Work safely; follow safety policies, report hazards, and correct where possible
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws
• All other duties based on business needs

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture
• Experience in retail fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory replenishment, process efficiency
• Ability to manage daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; ability to follow multi-step processes
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Effective cash handling and basic math
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
