• Works as a team member ensuring high levels of communication with patients;
• Consults with nursing leadership as needed to achieve desired nursing outcomes;
• Provides nursing care in all units;
• Documents data in electronic records in real time;
• Other duties as assigned;
• Demonstrates working knowledge of AIDET, utilizing with each patient interaction;
• Regular, reliable attendance is required to ensure the highest level of patient care;
• Follows hospital safety and quality standards and expectations as it pertains to job performance and patient care.

• 2+ years critical care experience required (ICU, ED, PACU)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN (Registered Nurse) license
• Graduate of Professional School of Nursing, BSN or ADN required
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses or Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
